Abstract
This special issue is a result of the Paleoworkshop: Rescue of Mexican Material, held at Ecocampus-BUAP in September 2023. The active and enthusiastic participation of every participant demonstrated a shared commitment with the preservation and study of the paleontological wealth of Mexico and for this reason it was proposed to share this knowledge and this special issue was formulated, which we hope will be the first of many.
