Paleontología Mexicana is found in the following databases: Periódica, Biblat, MIAR, Toda la UNAM en línea, Ulrich’s Web, GeoMex and Latindex Catalog 2.0.
- PERIÓDICA is a bibliographic database created in 1978 at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). The database is updated daily and more than 10 thousand records are added each year. It offers around 350 thousand bibliographic records of original articles, technical reports, case studies, statistics and other documents published in around 1,500 magazines in Latin America and the Caribbean, specialized in science and technology.

- Biblat is a portal that offers information on scientific and academic journals from Latin America and the Caribbean. Among its services are: bibliographic references of more than 3,000 titles, access to full text in open access journals, bibliometric indicators, and graphical interfaces to visualize and analyze information.

- MIAR is an information matrix, which was created by the University of Barcelona. This matrix brings together information from more than 100 sources, such as databases and journal directories, to help identify and analyze scientific journals.

- Catálogo de Revistas UNAM houses all the magazines that are edited or co-published by the different entities of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), developed by the General Directorate of Publications and Editorial Development. The selection of journals and the classification criteria are taken from the Latindex information system and its objectives are to facilitate the search, consultation, visibility, presence and impact of the journals.

GEOMEX is a bibliographic database specializing in scientific-technical and outreach literature related to Earth sciences in Mexico. It is part of the specialized services provided by the Joint Library of Earth Sciences (BCCT) at UNAM. Its main goal is to offer bibliographic information on geology, geophysics, and related disciplines, including links to full texts when available. Additionally, it focuses on collecting locally published materials that are often absent from international databases. Currently, GEOMEX contains over 28,000 records covering literature from 1975 to the present.
- Latindex Catalog 2.0. Latindex is a regional online information system for scientific journals from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. The Latindex Catalog 2.0 is a selection of Latin American magazines that meet the editorial quality criteria established by this institution. This catalog replaced the previous qualifications that were applied between 2002 and 2017.

Through its API and open services, Crossref promotes interoperability among publishers, universities, and research institutions worldwide.
