Abstract

In this work, 26 species of molluscs are described and illustrated; 11 species are pelecypods and 15 are gastropods, of which one is new (Ampullina palmeri n. sp.).

The material comes from the Midway Formation of Nuevo León’s Paleocene and the Yegua and Jackson Formations of Tamaulipas’ Eocene.

A statistical study was made to specifically separate the Venericardia species.
