Bivalvos y gasterópodos de la Formación Ferrotepec (Mioceno Medio) de Michoacán

Resumen

El material procedente de la Formación Ferrotepec del Mioceno medio, de la región sudoccidental del Estado de Michoacán, ha proporcionado 25 especies de bivalvos, 13 especies de gasterópodos, además de los 25 ya reportados, y un escafópodo, de los cuales son dos especies nuevas y dos subespecies nuevas. Esta fauna es correlacionable con la fauna de la Provincia del Mioceno Atlántico Pacífica.
