Fusulínidos del Pérmico de cerro Prieto, centro-oeste de sonora, México

Resumen
Se describe Skinnerella diabloensis Dunbar & Skinner, 1937, Paraskinnerella brooksensis, Ross, 1960, Skinnerella montijoae sp. nov., Parafusulina vachardi sp. nov., P. buitronae sp. nov. y Cuniculinella yaquiensis sp. nov., procedentes de la unidad 6 de Cerro Prieto, centro-oeste del estado de Sonora.
La presencia de crinoides, briozoarios y foraminíferos en calizas tipo packstone-grainstone indica una deposición en ambiente marino somero de plataforma. El conjunto faunístico del
área muestra afinidades con especies descritas para el Pérmico Inferior (Wolfcampiano-Leonardiano), de California, Nevada y Texas, Estados Unidos de Norte América.
